Psychologist (Clinical Registrar) BPsychSc(Hons), MPsych(Clin), MAPS

I’m a psychologist (Clinical Registrar) who provides psychological therapy and assessments for people across the lifespan — from young children and adolescents through to adults, families, and older adults.
My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in evidence-based practice. I aim to help clients develop emotional insight, make sense of their experiences, and create meaningful, sustainable change.
I bring warmth, maturity, wisdom, and perspective from life experience, alongside rigorous professional training in clinical psychology. Before becoming a psychologist, I worked as a broadcaster in program presenting and producing roles, as a writer, and in crisis and disaster support. These experiences deepened my respect for the complexity of people’s stories and the courage it takes to share them — shaping the way I connect with clients and understand their unique needs.
I hold a Master of Psychology (Clinical) from Swinburne University of Technology and a Bachelor of Psychological Science (Honours) from the University of Queensland. My research has explored how society judges parents who don’t have primary custody after separation, and how people care for themselves when a parent or sibling is living with mental illness.
